How do I place an order?
Add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@ezcuts.nl if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
How can I track my order status?
After shipment, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

Returns
How do I return a product?

When will I get my money back?
After we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
What if I received a defective product?
Contact us immediately at info@ezcuts.nl with a photo of the defective item and your order number. We'll resolve this as quickly as possible.
