Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days to Change Your Mind
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This right is legally protected.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is not damaged
- The return is reported within 14 days of receipt
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at info@chopersona.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in secure packaging.
- After receipt and inspection, we'll process your return within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or was sent in error. In those cases, we cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you'll receive your purchase amount back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
- Digital products that have already been downloaded
